We would like to inform our Dear Guests that, due to an ownership decision, the sales policy of our hotel has changed. Therefore, from 2020 onwards, our hotel can provide accommodation exclusively for employees of the OTP Group.

Our hotel is currently undergoing development works; therefore, in order to ensure a calm and safe environment, we are temporarily accommodating guests over the age of 14 only. Thank you for your understanding.

During the renovation works, the entrance to our hotel is accessible via the gravel road along the stream, leading to our “B” building and the marina.

Check-in / Check-out

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM. On departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM and return your room key card(s).
Upon arrival, please complete the registration form and sign the guestbook at the reception.

Early check-in / Late check-out:

• Early check-in is available outside the high season from 10:00 AM, subject to availability: HUF 5,000 / person
• Late check-out is available outside the high season, subject to availability: HUF 5,000 / person
• Not available during high season

Reception Information

Key card:
Please return your room key card(s) at reception upon check-out. In case of loss or damage, a compensation fee of HUF 5,000 per card will be charged.

Food allergies:
We offer lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian meal options. However, please note that our kitchen also prepares dishes containing gluten, milk (lactose), celery, soy, mustard, nuts, fish, and sesame seeds, so cross-contamination cannot be excluded. Guests with sensitivities are kindly asked to take this into account and inform us of any special dietary requirements prior to arrival.

Smoking:
Our hotel rooms and restaurant are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas in the hotel garden.

Accepted payment methods:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro credit/debit cards, as well as SZÉP cards (MKB, OTP, and K&H). An ATM is available at the reception, and payment can also be made in cash.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Accommodation:
Room rates are based on double occupancy. In case of single occupancy, 70% of the room rate will be charged.

Booking Guarantee

To guarantee your reservation, it is necessary to provide credit/debit card details, transfer a 50% deposit by the specified deadline, or pay using an SZÉP card issued in the name of the booking guest. If no card details are provided, the reservation will only be considered valid upon receipt of the deposit by the deadline.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival (7 days during high season). After this period, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. In case of late cancellation, the deposit paid or the card details provided at booking may be used to cover the penalty.
